About Cygnet Care
Cygnet Care is a long established and respected, family owned and run business, with over twelve years experience in providing the highest standards of Community Care for the elderly, long–term disabled and the terminally ill.
Our aim is to extend our deeply felt family values to all we provide Care for.
Before founding Cygnet Care, the family was deeply involved in giving palliative Care and support to their parents and well remember the heart break of experiencing such distress.
We work from an old North Devon longhouse whose foundations and ancient buildings would have heard, on the westerly breeze, the Bideford ships being prepared for the defence of the Spanish Armada. The office, which looks out over the garden, is where your call to us is taken. It is staffed by a small, dedicated team of people who are able to listen and respond to you and help if we possibly can. No auto-mated operators here! The office is open for five and a half days per week and everyone is welcome to visit. There is limited access for wheel-chairs.
Cygnet Care runs a 24 hour emergency call service 365 days of the year. We work across North Devon, particularly in the areas South, West and East of Barnstaple. This includes parts of Exmoor.
If the need is great then it is rare that we are unable to respond.
